JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative / Customer Billing and Onboarding Specialist, your role will encompass various responsibilities related to billing, onboarding, offboarding, scheduling insurance reviews, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers throughout their interactions with our Agency and Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Billing Support
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding billing, invoices, and payment processes.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and provide solutions to any billing-related issues.
  • Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer billing information.
  1. Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, including collecting necessary documentation and setting up customer profiles.
  • Provide guidance and training to new customers to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Manage the offboarding process for customers, including terminating accounts, collecting any outstanding payments, and ensuring a positive departure experience.
  1. Insurance Reviews
  • Schedule and coordinate insurance reviews for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to gather necessary information for the review.
  • Ensure all insurance reviews are conducted accurately and within the specified timeframe.
  1. Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Process changes and add lines for customers.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty state license.
  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling billing-related tasks.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Proficient in using billing software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
